2. What TillyCall does

TillyCall lets you have an AI receptionist answer your phone calls, take messages and text you your leads. It is a software tool.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and using TillyCall for your business or trade. By signing up you confirm you're authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.

4. Your account

5. Subscription and billing

6. Your responsibilities

7. Availability

We work hard to keep TillyCall running well, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may carry out maintenance or update features, and we'll try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your handling of other people's data.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using TillyCall and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and indemnity) continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use TillyCall after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
